Raz B Will Not Be Charged In Domestic Violence Incident
#TSRUpdatez: #Roommates, earlier this week we reported that #RazB was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in #Minnesota during the #B2K reunion tour.
Authorities are now saying that he will not be charged in the incident, according to @tmz_tv. He was accused of strangling his girlfriend during a heated argument outside of a Macy’s store.
The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office told TMZ that after a thorough investigation, they didn’t feel there was enough evidence to successfully prosecute Raz B.
The County Attorney’s Office said cops talked to Raz’s girlfriend and witnesses, as well as analyzed surveillance video from the scene, but police did not see sufficient evidence so the case has been dropped.
Raz B has maintained his innocence in the incident, claiming that his girlfriend attacked him and that he was just defending himself.
He also released a statement about his arrest via Instagram.
There is no word about any charges being pressed against the girlfriend in the incident.
Since the start of the tour, Raz B has expressed his concern for his safety, which included him announcing that he was quitting. Shortly after, he said he would continue with the tour with the support of his group members.
He continued to push through the tour, as they were able to rake in a total of $5 million so far.
There are 10 more stops left on the tour with the last date scheduled for May 26th in Las Vegas.
